Please review these terms carefully before using our live score data, custom stream overlays, and match analytics dashboard.

1. Account Registration & Security
Rules regarding profile setup, security credentials, and account ownership.
Users must provide accurate and verifiable email credentials during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and dynamic OBS stream keys.
Account sharing or selling user credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.
2. Acceptable Use Policy & Platform Conduct
Guidelines regarding API usage limits, automated bot access, and platform stability.
You agree not to perform unauthorized web scraping, DDoS attacks, or reverse engineer platform WebSocket feeds.
Abusive behavior, spamming live match commentary rooms, or abusing stream overlay tools will result in permanent IP bans.
Commercial usage of custom graphics overlays requires an active Pro Broadcast License.
3. Live Scores, Data Feeds & Overlay Tools
Conditions governing real-time sports statistics feeds and broadcast widgets.
Live score updates and tactical momentum feeds are delivered via cloud-synchronized API channels.
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted stream sync during unexpected third-party server outages.
Broadcasters using our OBS overlays must retain the subtle platform attribution badge unless operating under an Enterprise Plan.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Trademarks, UI components, code structure, and content ownership.
All platform software, custom component code, UI designs, and database architectures are the exclusive property of MatchCast.
Team crests, league logos, and tournament names remain the trademarked property of their respective sports federations.
Logos are rendered under Fair Use for identification and news reporting purposes only.
5. Termination & Service Modifications
Conditions under which platform access may be modified or revoked.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any live API feed or dashboard widget with prior notice.
Accounts violating core security terms or abusing API rate limits may be terminated without prior notification.
Users may request account deletion and complete data purge at any time via the user profile settings.
